For some context, I live in the Caribbean and the game defaults me to SA servers on 200 ping but I switch to NA servers with 50 ping. What i believe is happening is my ranked schedule says 12pm-11pm as normal but this is for SA servers but since ranked automatically puts me to NA servers, if I try to queue at 12pm it is impossible to get a match since the NA ranked queue isn't actually open as yet. I could be wrong but this is just my suspicion, a simple fix would be defaulting the Caribbean to NA time zone instead of SA.
