Two item ideas that go hand in hand.
This is meant to replace the bonus damage that the current Quicksilver reload is giving to heroes like Mo and Krill and Mirage, and refocus it into its original, main purpose.
I made two alternate versions of this small rework. Since rapid fire already exists and gives the same benefit as QSR, I thought it wouldn't fit in the Tier 1 version.
