Like other imbue items, this item lets you imbue an ability that sucks in enemies towards the imbued ability center point, if there's no center it pulls the enemy towards you. Don't know what happens if you imbue it to Bebop's Hook. Not gonna be as strong as Rescue Beam since it with displaces your enemy. Probably too strong as Seven's balls might become mini or even bigger Dynamo's black hole. But Viscous ball would probably be a Katamari ball and that's hilarious to imagine
