Old one without effects was so much better. Besides some voice lines are now hard to understand.

Neither. It just feels weird now, both when playing as her or with her in the game. I hope they change this!

Same here. The high pitch worked for her death squeak and some other sounds, but not her normal voice.
Her voice is one of the big reasons people grew fond of this character, so changing it for no reason is a very weird decision.

I made a post about this in Sound Feedback, I hope people see it so that Valve sees it and reacts, or at least responds. I just hope that they listen to the community about this kind of stuff
