Im loving OCE servers but someone abandons every game

Im in Sydney and playing on the OCE servers feels amazing, its like playing a different game, very fun. However of the 4 games I've played today, every single game has had someone abandon, an issue which I never had on SEA servers. Part of me wants to give the benefit of the doubt and assume that these players must be experiencing some form of crash. Otherwise they are all just toxic butt holes that need to get banned.
 
It's cool that you have the opportunity to have fun playing the game. I think that all malicious violators will definitely be banned. Unfortunately, I did not see a bug report in this thread. Therefore, it is advisable if you use another branch for feedback in the future.
