To reproduce:
1. crash/disconnect from Street Brawl
2. let a round pass
3. reconnect
1. crash/disconnect from Street Brawl
2. let a round pass
3. reconnect
If not connected during a round start in Street Brawl you will not obtain any Ability Points even if you reconnect and pick your items.
