Idea for making gameplay a bit easier

Deadlock vertical gameplay reminds me Uneral Tornament CTF and Assault modes, but in those games respawn was instant, only you need to do - find a gun and run to fight.
In DL respawn cooldown came from Dota (maybe, idk) but for shooter gameplay it makes additional complexity I think.

What if make respawn CD less (e.g. x2) and withal make to reset Hero abilities after death and you need to wait their CDs even you did not use them before the death?
 
0 respawns would make final siege of base impossible.
Some modded turbo deadlock mode might be ok with that tho.
