Average game length is above 30 mins. There is a lot of comeback mechanics in game and will be more added. Already you have to destroy t3 towers, shrines, patreon and another patreon.
You have to be rewarded for your decisions and all that. Why would you make so other team always gets a second chance without any condition? (mid boss buff allowing for fast respawn, but he needs to be taken down first with buff not stolen, whole 2 conditions to go through).
There is 2 things like that in dota, (glyph and buybacks) was for a time in lol (revive spell and guardian)
What you want is already in the game as soul rebirth (you have to buy it, bad stats, delay before respawn, unsafe respawn. Whole 4 conditions for second chance).
What you offer is just an unnecessary game dragging, like it was in the dota when you get multiple resets of glyph as enemy took structures at your base, which made it impossible to just win in one go.
It can be done if they make it right, and only one time per game. But im still not liking it.
