i opened the shop in the lobby and it resulted in a mm ban

i was buying items with apollo and as i opened the shop the game loaded and well it didnt and i had recieved a mm ban. It happened like 3 times this week already and iam frustrated cuz i dont get to play... wich would be fine if it was my fault but this way iam stucked in a perpetual waiting room waiting constatly 24h to play a game or two and then be back to this loop of somehow buggin my match to not load. While i was in the black screen the shop ui opened over the loading animation. I didnt get any screenshots so iam sorry for that.
