I cannot get a single matchmaking game

Hi, I cannot get into any matchmaking games. I'm in the Europe region and I've been queuing for 45 minutes just for a bot game and haven't gotten in. This is the third different day I haven't been able to get into a game, and I've tried at different times of day. I have about half of the heroes selected in my roster spread across the 3 preferences offered in game. I've seen dozens of players filter through the queue based on the information displayed at the top, but I am always getting skipped for games. Please help.

Just play a private bot match. It's like 7am mate.

Haha thanks for the sarcasm. As I mentioned in my post, I've tried this at 3 different times of the day, including peak hours, and I've seen users cycle through the queues, so it's not that nobody is on there. I'm experiencing a bug.

Same thing happening to me , Only way to get in match for me is to have a Friend and she starts game OR close game start vpn and then start game and Then get into matchmaking and Once you get in game disconnect Vpn ( for better Ping ) .

Sadly you have to repeat it after every match , Closing game connecting again , starting and Getting in matchmaking and Disconnecting. Yay life is good

Thanks for the info, I will have to try this using the VPN manipulation like you mention. Indeed quite annoying but at least it sounds like there's a solution. Not sure what could be causing this on Valve's side though, hopefully they fix it.

You are welcome , There is his command about Citadel region change 0 , Then change it to 1 . 1 is eu region. So That is also Something you can try in console instead of restarting game. But It only worked for me once. But if you have a friend who can get in games it will be easiest . They invite you and start queue for you and it works everytime

When I change the region nothing happens. I choose EU server but the game still sends me to SEA. I have to wait for 7-10 minutes to find a match. It's so annoying.
