This has gone on still for so long and there is nothing that has fixed it in all of these patches.

Starts 20-23mins in and then continues
You either cannot stop shooting even without clicking anything and can't activate select abilities (when you need to confirm targets)
OR
your character looks like they are frozen and are shooting a laser but aren't shooting any bullets and can't activate select abilities (when you need to confirm targets).
These two swapped out whilst I was hit by Talon's Ult but even then it continues to happen at least once a day making the game unplayable.
About 80% of my games in the last seven days have had this and even leaving the game doesn't fix it.
