How can you make it so that Geist's ult can't be proc'd while she's in mid air while taking damage?

Seriously, this is really bad. Huge oversight. Valve, what are you even doing at this point?

At this point, if you can't separate the ult activation from the jump up to Seven to ult him because of the zip line conflict, which says then that nothing can be done because you're taking damage, then you have failed as developers and shouldn't be coding at all. Seriously, you guys are bad at what you do.
