Weapon undecided, but I think it should be something with a fast fire rate and ~30 ammo.

Ability 1 - Mucus Explosion (Active)
Deal damage to enemies in a radius, pushing them away.
On upgrade, reduce cooldown, improve damage and range, add slow.

Ability 2 - Swift Getaway (Active)
(In the Air or with Ability 3) Dive straight down to the ground. On landing, increase movement speed and rate of fire for a short amount of time. Multiple charges.
On upgrade, improve cooldown, grant 1 stamina upon landing, add a supercharged jump upon landing.

Ability 3 - Sticky Fingers (Passive)
Add the ability to walk on walls. While on a wall, movement speed is reduced by 30%. Has limited duration. Recharges while not on the wall for 1.5s.
On upgrade, improve duration, reduce movement speed penalty. make immune to silence.

Ability 4 - Dive and Dash (Channeling)
For the duration of the ability, double jump is replaced with the ability to dash towards a specified location on any wall within the radius.
On upgrade, reduce cooldown, increase duration, reload the gun each time you stick to the wall.

I think with how important the movement is to this game, and how vertical it is, there's room for a character that is able to utilize his environment in a more interesting way.
 
Nice sketch and kit. Only thing Id change would be to make dive and dash reload your weapon on jumps by default
Yeah, I was debating on whether or not to include reload in the base skill. My thinking was that in the early game, when you only just get the ability, it would make fighting him really annoying. Especially coupled with Swift Getaway. I guess the compromise would be to have a flat ammo return on sticking to the wall. Let's say 10. Which then eventually gets upgraded to a full reload.
 
I like that Ability 3 and 4 can be combo'd together well especially as they both get upgraded through out the game. I think he would make a good like high up mobility hero at end game while early game they're still useful to help get away from enemy fire
