I am making a new Holliday sniper build focused on the Crackshot and noticed that improved burst doesn't proc (bullet resist shredder isn't working off it). I do not think this should be the case because it opens build variety for Holliday. If this is intended, improved burst should say "175 or more spirit damage" and not "175 or more damage" to reflect the actual behavior!
