Holliday can control where the barrel goes

When using the jump pad, or a melee, the barrel can move where the crosshair is, at the moment of "impact" (if using the jumppad, it's when it meets the jumppad; if using melee, it's immediately).
Can't replicate with much precision but it looks like the faster the crosshair moves, the further away from the center the barrel goes.
