If you jump off a bouncepad as Holliday and warpstone into the ground, you keep your explosion indefinitely, until you jump.
To replicate, go in the sandbox, select Holliday, buy warpstone, place a bouncepad, walk over it, immedietely warp stone while looking at about 45 degrees towards the ground (timing and angle are quite forgiving).
