Holiday Bounce Pad Not Stunning on Landing

If Holiday lands next to enemies after jumping on a level 3 charged pad and the enemies are in the air, Holiday's blast does not stun them.

I had an instance where I landed at the front left side of a truck, and a Shiv was jumping over the cab but was not stunned while within my blast radius.
