holding tab (to view ability tree) permanently DISABLES ABILITY USAGE

dont have a match id unfortunately but will try to replicate or send one again
this happened AFTER the new 6 hero patch
it only has happened AFTER dying
disconnecting and reconnecting i believe doesnt fix it
only restarting game
happened while playing seven (not sure if that matters)
i was holding down tab right as i was respawning
