As stated in the tittle, sometimes when you are in the "Heroes" menu specifically, looking at a hero's abilities, if you hold alt nothing will happen.
Backing out of the menu and going back in fixes this issue.
EDIT: I have found how to recreate.
Step 1 - Go to heroes menu
Step 2 - Select a hero
Step 3 - Test the alt tooltip (Should be working)
Step 4 - press the windows button
Step 5 - Click back into the game by clicking one of the ability icon
Step 6 - Try to press alt (It won't work)
Even if you hover your mouse away and back on an ability it still does not work until you back out then in again.
