Passive:
Hitting Soul Orbs grants a stacking buff that improves reload speed.
Each stack refreshes the duration.
Denying Soul Orbs grants a permanent stack.

35s Buff Duration
Description:
In my opinion, High-Velocity Rounds is useless for most heroes unless you need to upgrade Express Shot. So I wanted them to perform well during the laning phase. To achieve this, I combined the stacking buff mechanics from the old item Ammo Scavenger to create this new item.
