Yeah,
From time to time, there is a huge packet loss between the servers in Brazil that retransmit to the servers in Argentina. and it's not me, cuz I can track my rout until Valves GRU center...
By now It shows me ~40ms with retransmission from Buenos Aires to São Paulo... but it seems like I'm playing something with 180ms directly in the US, the feeling is the same.
When I play CS2 with a server in São Paulo at 8ms... the feeling and feedback from the game about your actions is completely different... COMPLETELY, even though with 8ms there are still synchronization problems between click, hit, animation cuz of subtick system and interpolation that are heavy on low ping.
Deadlock seems like you're playing constantly with delay, you have to aim way off the target, compensate 2x the trajectory and weight of the bullet than it should be when playing with 5ms... I bet you.
It's funny that Argentinians who play CS2 on a Brazilian server say the same thing, that Deadlock with a server there seems to have no delay. While CS2 plays in delay.
I can't wait to have a server in Brazil.
I wanted to know if we're going to have one any day, cuz if that's not the case... I don't even want to play anymore with this subtick system...
I'm not going to invest in it if my experience will be always hampered by the distance and route problems that I have no control over.
