As title says, most of the Hidden King spawn area isn't being covered by the spawn turrets, unlike Arch Mother fountain, allowing the enemy team to stay inside the spawn area without being damage by the turrets. Unsure if intentional or if the turrets were misplaced, as the asymmetry seems odd, so I figured I'd report it. Tested in Custom game and explore NYC.
