The website indicates that it gives +%15 resist to the BUYER as well as the allies. Ingame it doesn't say it gives to buyer.
But I realized what is more confusing is that anything that is considered a buff is not displayed in the Vitality Stats section.
But it is oddly displayed in the left handside of the UI as a buff.
I have 295 hours in the game, I somehow thought it never gave me bullet resist but only my allies and summons like McGinnis. I'm stupid I guess, idk i just wanted to report this xd
