Haven't seen anyone else discuss this file yet, there's abilities and descriptions for about 30 heroes on top of the 20 already available. Thought this might help the community come up with more Hero ideas.
I for one would REALLY like to see a increase in the roster, And I hope that some of these heroes who already have names are implemented into the game.

A lot of these are proven left overs from the Neon Prime era. Sumo actually turned into Dynamo for instance.
The Deadlock Modding Discord actually has dug extensively into Neon Prime and has a full spreadsheet of heroes. They've even broken down old footage of Neon Prime.
