
A Fate's Tale:
If you believe the headlines of the New York Oracle, the Mendoza Syndicate was driven out of Spanish Harlem by its Savior and was made an example of to all the others. But the news has a habit of not picking up the whole story. In reality, they were driven out of Spanish Harlem into the rest of America and have only recently come back into New York City after their ritual sacrifice smuggling operations in Philadelphia and Providence brought them back to prestige. One rogue faction of its original form clung on to terrorizing Spanish Harlem, and with the old guard coming back to reclaim their old territory, their leader will stop at nothing to force his way to the top of the entire Syndicate.
gun - long range heavy hitter - rocket launcher with high damage and limited ammo.
1 - wildfire rocket - spend a charge to launch a chemical rocket. deals a massive crit of your weapon damage over time where it hits. enemies take spirit damage when they escape the fire.
upgrades
1 - enemies suffer a fading slow if they stay in the fire too long.
2 - increased range and velocity.
5 - increased critical strike and enemies hit by the rocket draw a trail of the damage as they move.
2 - soulhammer - deal your melee in front of you while leaping backwards. walls and cover in your way are temporarily turned into cosmic veils for your team.
upgrades
1 - hero hits give you bullet resistance stacks.
2 - deals additional spirit damage spread evenly among all enemies hit.
5 - enables 2 ability charges.
3 - blast force - all of your damage knocks up enemies and yourself, and builds up to amplify the effect further. enemies that hit walls from your knockback take weapon damage.
upgrades
1 - increased weapon zoom and increased weapon falloff range.
2 - increased knock up distance and velocity and further increased on self.
5 - enemies take increased weapon damage from vandalo based on build up.
4 - inner demon - target a lane on the minimap to transform into an unstoppable demon that rampages down the lane while channeling. you deal spirit damage in an area around you every meter moved.
upgrades
1 - constantly lock on to the nearest enemy to deal additional spirit damage to them each second.
2 - gain a barrier and hero kills and assists reset the barrier health.
5 - can use abilities and items while channeling.
