Hero stuck on pre-game area, unsecured orb noclipped through wall

Just experienced this myself. I respawned into a wall and my keys did random things to other apps on my desktop. For example hitting 2 started cycling through things like alt+tab normally would. Couldn't even type to my team or interact with the game except to aim and shoot, which was pointless because I was stuck in the back left corner of the respawn zone.
