Hero Sandbox freezes in buy menu

Currently as it stands I cannot use the Hero Sandbox at all to create builds or even just read the items. The game freezes and eventually crashes every time I open the buy menu after a short period of time.

Steps to reproduce; 1) Go to the heroes page 2) select any hero and enter into the sandbox 3) open the buy menu 4) wait for the game to freeze

I do not need to buy any items or press any buttons it just freezes after some period of time.

Attached below are my specs. I am running the game off of a samsung SSD.
