Occultist shoots from an eye ball in his hand. He reloads by ripping out the eye from his hand, throwing it to the ground and growing a new one
The eyeballs shoot small beams (his gun works like dynamos).

Ability 1

Occultist throws an eyeballs that forces the enemy to look at them. The closer your cross hair is to the eye the stronger the pulls gets. When you look to close to the eye it will charge at you and explodes when in range.

When Occultist activates his ability every highlighted enemy close by will take insanity damage (requires line of sight). The closer they are the more damage they will take (active).

Ability 4

Occultist channels his power to open a portal to the abyss changing the sky box to a huge eyeball.
Highlights every enemy hero on the map that has visibility to the sky with a
dark purple and builds up a slowing effect.
When Occultist cast the ult he also gets highlighted and if he dies it ends immediately
