[Hero] Left Eye of the Dr., don't look him in the eye.

There is a story of a doctor who was working to unravel the secrets of the patrons. Those who knew him, his neighbor who would bring him the mail, and the maid he would hire on weekends, said that he finished his work. He could replicate their power, theoretically create a whole new patron, peer into the astral realm and combine physical and astral things in a new way.

But suddenly he was gone. Nobody knew what happened to him, and his apartment had been ransacked. It could have been anything, thugs, the OSIC, or an accidentally created natural disaster. What people believed depends on who they were most prone to blame by personality.

Nobody has seen him since, but here, to the confusion and terror of the onlookers, is his left eye. It is being guarded by this robotic frame, with an animalistic nature.

Notes:
This character makes heavy use of the facing / facing away mechanics that raven shares. I think he does it better, leaving where the enemy is facing entirely up to them, except for his ranged snatch of an ult.

I think it would be especially interesting if the lore is borrowed and more characters had body parts of the doctor. The necromancer could be using his right hand for instance, and of course one of Victor's parts could be from the doctor.
