Game plan idea- This hero is designed to be a battlefield general of sorts. Directing the fight from the sky or back lines. Considering there are already two flying DPS focused characters, I wanted this character to be less focused on raw DMG and more on support. His summon plus ult allows him to play pseudo tank via summoning meat shields and his abilities granting resistances. He isn't a pushover damage wise but I don't believe he should rival vindicta or talon gun wise.
Visual ideas: short balding chubby middle aged man with a Napoleon complex, dressed in aristocrat attire. He wields a staff with an orb that lets him summon spirits, he also uses this orb as his gun. His alt fire has him point with his other hand.
Ability 1: summon spirit- summon a small ghost that melees nearby enemies or creeps. Can direct them with alt fire. Can be parried. Drops souls. Counts as melee DMG for securing last hits

Lifetime: 20s
Health: 150 (30 per boon)
Damage: 50(.5x scaling)
Range: 20m
Upgrade 1: +2 m/s move speed
Upgrade 2: apply -10% spirit resist on hit (doesn't stack)
Upgrade 3: +50 DMG
Ability 2: Commanding presence - gain flight and allies within sight gain 10% bullet, spirit resist, and spirit DMG amp
40 second cooldown

Upgrade 1: allies in range also gain 10% attack speed
Upgrade 2: +10% resists, +10% spirit DMG amp
Upgrade 3: -10s cooldown, +6s duration
Ability 3: spectral lance - summon a ghost and launch it in a straight line damaging anything in its path, while healing allies. Has falloff after a certain range

Healing: 75(.75x spirit scaling)+ 5% max health
20 second cooldown
Upgrade 1: +1 charge
Upgrade 2: +30m range before damage falloff
Upgrade 3: +120 dmg, heal additional 5% max health
Ult: supercharge - charge one ally, summon, or self increasing their damage, size, and health for a brief period. Supercharged summon gains increased attack speed (10%) as well.
*Note: extra HP lost after duration ends cannot kill
