hero idea: The psyciatrist (with a lot of lore)

Since the first maelstorm spirits other than making pacts with humans or just existing like oathkeeper a rather small but not insignificant amount of them Can also affect the minds of people making them do their biding in this realm and sometimes turning them insane. There are some reliable methods and spells to deal with this but they are not applicable to the masses and are used mostly by secret service members like the O.S.I.C and Raven as anti spy measures. and other important public figures. For that reason a new proffesion has been seen emerging in the last few years, that of the psyciatrist. they work to try and treat patients with various levels of success and humans and spirits find themselves in an arms race . Our psyciatrist was inspired by the early departure of his/her Mother (i dont know which gender they are) and promised to himself to fight this newfound sickness. And he is quite good at it. Sadly disaster would struck to him again, a vengeful spirit frustrated by him/her because his/her meddling with one of its victims has now attacked one of his/her familly members (could be son, daughter, husband, wife or a close friend and so on) in a new way he hasnt found a way to deal with (because as we mentioned earlier its an arms race) and the familly members condition is now critical and the psyciatrist is now desperate for a solution which led to him/her trying to summon the patron to save his/her relative. His/her kit is one centered around being a support character that can use his/her abillities on either friend or foe his/her first abillity would throw a bandage that can either heal a hero or damage a bit and slow down an enemy when upgrading the cooldown would be reduced, his allies would get a speed buff and the healing would be increased, since he/she has studied spirits so extensively he/her would be able to create for the second abillity a dome that reduces all spirit damage around an area for a very short time upgrading this would give some healing while shielded increase the shield duration or range by a second or 0.75 seconds and for his final upgrade he either increases the amount of spirit damage or his shield blocks all spirit damage (it will depend for how long the abillity lasts and how large the area of effect would be) his three is a passive that heals his/her allies around him for an amount im not certain of. His/her ultimate would be one that can be toggled from giving his allies healing or amplifying their dps (the ult will be on a long cooldown) Upgrading this would lead to him getting a longer duration, additionaly giving a speed boost to allies effected and depending on which mode you set the ult in the damage amp would be increased or if you heal with it it would purge all negative status effects (simillar to debuff remover) or significantly weaken them
