Lore: Mayor Lion Tammany's political rise has been what he's always wanted. Money, Power, Influence, rubbing shoulders with the best of the best, and all he had to do to reach these highs was simply lie, take bribes, pay bribes, uncover blackmail, and turn the city into his own personal jungle! Things were looking great, until those blasted scryers at the New York Oracle released an expose about how he was allowing the New Jersey Devil to run bootleg moonshine through the cities sewers. Now his chances for reelection have gone up in smoke, and his only chance at maintaining his power would be through divine intervention. Luckily there are too gods in town who are more than happy to take a bribe!
Appearance: Anthropomorphic Tiger wearing mayoral suit including top hat and big sash that says mayor. Constantly smoking on a pipe or a cigar. Speaks with an incredibly hoighty toighty dialect.
Weapon-Key to the City: In the deadlock world the key to the city is a magical arcane implement that fires golden bolts at a medium fire rate.
Ability 1-Cutting Taxes: Close ranged swipe that deals melee damage and leaves a bleed on the target. Later upgrades give Tammany a heal based on the bleed's damage.
Ability 2-Vote For Tammany Pin: The Mayor gains charges that place a pin on either an ally or an enemy signifying their intention to vote for him in the upcoming election. If placed on an ally gives a warding shield that protects them from incoming damage. When placed on an enemy, decreases their firerate and reduces all damage they do to Tammany for the duration.
Ability 3-Raiding the Coffers: Passive- Mayor Tammany automatically secures souls upon receiving them. Gains increased damage based on unspent souls he's currently carrying. He also receives 1 random boon whenever he collects another character's soul ball.
Ability 4-Flat-out Bribery: Mayor Tammany targets an enemy and offers them a bribe in exchange for betraying there team. For a short duration the enemy will lose control of themselves and have their ai replaced by a bot that begins shooting at their teammates.
