Hero design: Take your pick. Could be an adventurer like Indiana Jones or Brendan Frasier from the Mummy, some sort of mundane university professor, etc. Victim of a science experiment or an adventurer who found a cursed artifact that enables strange forms; there's a lovecraft story called "haunter of the dark", perhaps instead of summoning a beast, he becomes one himself.

Gameplay design: Lane-pusher/Shapeshifter. Two different forms directly inspired by the excellent Natural Selection mod and another by a famous H.G. Wells story. Lycan-like.

Ability 1:
Ability 2:
Ability 3:
Ability 4: Unnatural Selection.

First form: Roving Hound. (lovecraft hound of tindalos, NS skulk)
Morphing into the form of a strange alien hound thing, Hero gains extreme mobility on the ground able to scale both walls and even the ceiling. No ranged attack at all, only a deadly close range bite. To compensate, has a very steep health and defense decrease.

Second form: Flying Horror (Lovecraft Mi-go, NS Lerk)
Morphing into the horrible form of a winged beast, the Hero gains amazing aerial mobility for a limited time. Has a health and defense decrease to compensate, but not as steeply as the first form. Gains spikes that can stack slow, a full stack will result in a stun.

Third Form: The Shambler
Inspired by the Morlock of H.G. Wells, for a time he becomes a shambling beast with extreme durability and a slowing AOE from his disgusting visage. Moves very slowly.

Flavor dialogue: "How'd I get to be so good?"

Very rough WIP, will update
