Gameplay Loop:

• The core loop is to teleport into fights, shield/cleanse teammates, and stake enemies. He can flip bad fights in his favor, or play as a body guard for the teams carry.
• His gun would feel similar to Giest's.
• Rev can go multiple builds depending on what the current match needs. Gun builds gameplay is teleporting in to fights, staking enemies down, and getting free headshots. Support builds greatly compliment his kit, but wont overshadow Kelvin's heal dome or ivy's disengage. Spirit builds all around benefit his kit and are great for a blend of damage and support.
• Counters DOT characters and spell casters.
• Squishy, so has to take smart fights.

Counters:

• Weak, but safe, early game.
• Long cooldowns in lane with medium impact.
• Gun build players can still shoot while staked.
• If he assists an incredibly bad fight, he can die with his teammate, causing more problems being down an extra player.
• Enemies can space spell utility to bait out cleanse.

Lore:
At a young age, Rev understood he had a God given gift to exorcise demonic and spiritual forces. At one point he self imposed multiple curses, hexes, and demonic forces on himself at the same time, but none could subjugate him. The Vatican seeing potential, offered him a job in their secret exorcist order, where Rev graciously accepted. Finding no challenge from any mission the Vatican throws his way, the prideful Rev is using his vacation days to summon a Patron and exorcise it while its at full power, proving he is undoubtedly the greatest.
