A hero whose focus is on ensuing as much havoc as possible on the battlefield, for better or worse. I don't have an idea for a name yet, so right now I'll just call it bob.
The overarching theme for bob is mind tricks and false information.
Lore: Some occult demon/spirit that's not a fan of getting summoned got summoned in a sewer. It is not happy.
Design: Think Nazgul cloak/hooded mantle with colored runes along the edges of the cloth, while the sleeves are torn at the ends. The cloak itself reaches all the way to the ground and drags along following its wearer. It is pitch black underneath the cloak, with an array of eyes in appearing and disappearing in random locations within the darkness. Its appendages are pitch black, skeletal and ephemeral, similar to the shading used when respawning, and its legs(if any) are not visible, it looks more like a floating cloak that's constantly emanating black mist than a humanoid body.
Ability 1: Invoke Jealousy

When targeting a hero, all allied units of that hero within 30m immediately deal a single instance of bullet damage to that hero, ignoring resistances. When targeting a creep, all creeps deal all their damage to one another. These attacks deal 1% more damage for every 1 spirit Bob has.
lvl 1: You now also deal a single instance of bullet damage to the hero/creeps when targeting them.
lvl 2: All items equipped by the attackers now affect the victim
lvl 3: All units within the aoe now attack each other, rather than just the target.
Ability 2: Falsetto

When Bob activates this ability, he chooses one of the enemy heroes to become a near-perfect duplicate of. While a duplicate, Bob mimics the attack patter, melee attack, movement, and all other basic sound effects of the hero. Bob cannot use any of the abilities of the hero. Bob can leave this copy at any point by re-activating the ability, or by using any of his other abilities, attacking an enemy hero, or walking under an enemy-controlled objective, because the patrons can sniff him out. Being damaged by an enemy hero immediately ends Bob's copy form. While in this form, Bob's icon on the mini map looks like the copied ally's, however it does not show unless the enemy have actual vision of them.
lvl 1: When ending Falsetto, Bob gain's 50% bonus damage for 10 seconds.
lvl 2: When entering Falsetto, Bob phases out of reality(goes invisible, cannot be targeted or affected by anything, but is disarmed and silenced) for 3 seconds.
lvl 3: While Falsetto is active, the copied hero cannot give their team allied vision on the minimap, and their minimap icon disappears.
