It first becomes a feature when you ban people from ranked who don't shoot the OBJ in ranked.
Eventually they unlock a character called NoZero after they learn to shoot the objectives and get their OBJ average up to the actual average of someone who has played as many games as they have.
Make it impossible for the char to do zero damage so they have no excuse to ignore the OBJ in the future.
