an idea i've been working on, a hypnotist with a futuristic like ray gun, he has a stopwatch at hand that can slow an enemy by leaving them dazed. his ult hypnotizes the enemy and his stopwatch wraps around them as they're hypnotized to apply damage like shown on the bottom right of the image.
i'm thinking the background for this character could be a history in psychiatry and wanting to use his practices, he's a bit unhinged which led him to be released from employment but overall he wants to care for patients
another ability i was thinking would maybe be some kind of bigger blast from his ray gun, a bit stronger and lasts for a few seconds
