Passive - Bonds
Gain a resource called "bonds" that you gain passively but can get more of by collecting souls through any means.

You can cash in your bonds by using the alt fire of one of your skills to enhance its effectiveness.

Weapon - Gilded Six Shooter
Imagine a slower firing Holliday gun where you cock the hammer in between shots. Also reloads induvial shots like Abrams's gun. Slow but hard hitting.

Skill 1 - Coin Flip
Flip a coin in the air, shooting the coin while its in the air will cause your shot to ricochet towards an enemy.

Cashing in bonds on this skill would cause you to flip out 2 coins. Shooting a coin would have your shot ricochet to an enemy and the other coin, causing the 2nd coin to also ricochet a shot towards an enemy. (i.e. 2 ricochets instead of 1)

Skill 2 - Hard Cash
Leap backwards while throwing a wad of cash. The thrown cash would linger where you previously were and it slows enemies who are inside of it.

Cashing in bonds on this skill would instead have you leap nearly vertically while still throwing the wad of cash where you were but in a much wider area.

Skill 3 - Bonds (Passive)
Explained at the start.

Skill 4 - Charged Revolver
Your revolver heats up for a duration and shoots charged piercing shots. When killing an enemy with charged revolver, steal 300 souls and automatically transfer all of their unsecured souls to you.

Shooting a coin flip with your charged revolver ricochets 3 charged shots at an enemy(s).

Shooting your throw cash after using Hard Cash would cause it to explode and knock up enemies.

This char was a problem in Paladins because it turns out getting spam shot out of LOS was really unfun and Saati's combat loop was otherwise purely reactive.

i played her for a while in paladins, the problem with her was that she could have practically 100% coin uptime, which was broken, then they nerfed it so her coin actually has a cd but didn't buff the damage so it became mid. Also her coin floated in the air and could be shot multiple times as opposed to a skill shot like ultrakill, which is what i was envisioning.
