Hero Concept: "ZERO" (w AI generated concept images)

I will say that this is just a concept of the hero that was in my head, do not judge strictly, and if you have any ideas/desires for the abilities of the hero be sure to write in the comments!

Hero Abilities:
First ability: "Wind Storm":

Description: Fin creates a strong gust of wind, (the trajectory of which can be controlled by moving the camera), this storm causes damage and slows down the enemy.
Also, if the ability hits the hero, it reduces his resistance to physical damage.
Recharge: 12/10/8/6 seconds.
Second ability: "Cyclone Guard":
Description: Fin creates a wind vortex around himself for 0.5/0.7/0.9/1.2 seconds, which blocks, and with a 20/30/40/50% chance reflects all abilities and items used against him back into enemies.
Effect: Successfully blocking each attack reduces the ability's cooldown by 0.5 seconds.
Recharge: 18/13/10/10/7 seconds.

Passive Ability: "Gale Force":
Description: Every time Fin uses his ability, he gains a temporary bonus to movement speed of 2/3/4/5% and attack speed of 5/6/7/8%.
He also gains a permanent increase in movement speed 1/2/3/4% and shooting speed 3/4/5/6% for every single kill (without the help of allies) until his next death.
Each effect lasts 5/6/7/8 seconds, and the effects stack.

Ultimatum Ability: "Blood Hunt":
Description: Fin takes a chosen enemy for a duel in a zone that is constantly narrowing. (The zone is outside the battlefield, and no one but Fin and the enemy summoned to the duel can intervene)
In this zone, Fin receives a small increase in damage, shooting speed, and movement speed, proportional to the time spent in the duel zone.
Effect: If Fin kills an enemy, his damage is permanently increased. If an enemy kills Fin, or if he fails to kill the enemy in 10 seconds, the enemy receives the same damage increase on a permanent basis and is immune to Fin's duels until he dies.
Recharge: 110/100/90/80 seconds.
Balance issue: We need to balance his buffs in duels to make it fair.

(These are approximate possibilities of balancing the abilities themselves, I don't know how to balance, so I leave it on the shoulders of the developers, here I want to show only the concept of the hero).

History (Eng vers):

Fin grew up in a wealthy family with everything you could dream of. His father was a high-ranking man in Mexico.

But one day his paradise turned to hell: someone ordered the murder of his entire family. On that fateful day, Fin went on a date with a girl named Chris. While crossing the road, they were hit by a dark tinted car. The last thing he remembered were Kris's lifeless eyes and the pool of her warm blood. All his dreams crumbled in an instant. Fin tried to scramble out of his seat to see the killer's face, but he heard gunshots and fell. The last words he heard were, "Order zero completed, guy and girl are dead."

"What's order zero?" - Fin didn't understand, sinking into the darkness.
He woke up in a dark alley, covered in blood and cold sweat. He was rescued by a former military man named Feng, who mended his wounds. Feng was a medic and possessed healing magic. He examined Feng and found that his leg and arm were hopelessly damaged: the bullets had destroyed the nerves, and he could barely move them.

A few days later, Feng suggested that Fin kill a local shopkeeper. At first Fin refused, but Feng insisted: "Either we do it, or we'll both starve to death." Fin reluctantly agreed. The assassination was successful, and Fin became a hired assassin.
As the years passed, Fin changed beyond recognition. Instead of damaged limbs, he had expensive prosthetic limbs. Pain and despair were replaced by a mocking smile. He had acquired a talent for killing, and under Feng's supervision, he had become incredibly strong and cold-blooded. He took the call sign "ZERO" in honor of his killer. Revenge was exacted: a year and a half of surveillance and information gathering led to his killer's body being found on an airplane with his head shot through and a note that read, "Order zero completed."

Although Fin had been through a lot and changed, arrogance and smugness were still part of his character. But who would know that? Everyone who knew his name was already dead.

I think I would like his ultimate more, if it lasted until either player dies, at the cost of not giving Fin any damage/speed increase. Give the opponent a fair chance to fight back. And even if Fin loses the fight, it still takes that opponent out of the game for a short to long duration. That would give you reason to duel the best performing player of the enemy team, just to stall time and keep them out of the game and out of a team fight.

I think then it will greatly weaken the hero's leit potential, and + more likely to turn him into some sort of sapporter)
I like your idea with a longer revive time in case of losing, sounds interesting)

+ Then the heroes can be in the ulta essentially indefinitely, and run away from each other)
I agree about a fairer duel, I think it's up to the developers to balance it out.)
 
Heyo! Can't say I support this given the AI art, as much as the concept is neat. Deadlock and other games are developed by real life artists, so it's inappropriate to use AI generated content. So many other people are submitting their own designs/drawings & hard work.
