Hero Concept: The Watcher

A being that used to merely spectate through those magically inclined who decided that watching had grown stale, they gathered their strength and gave a gift of eyes to a small cult before forcing them to merge in to a grotesque abomination form of eyes and arms and fingers and teeth for The Watcher to force its grasping hand in to. They now look for more eyes and fingers to expand their vision and reach.
  1. Split Vision
The Watcher rips one of its armwards from itself and marks a spot near by, the arm borrows through the ground and pops out after a delay, the pop out knocks up enemies and does a slight amount of damage. After a short priming time the arm then becomes it's own unit and remains on the field for a good amount of time, during the priming time it can be attacked with a very small health pool. Once primed it cannot be targeted but can be seen by enemies. The Watcher can point his view at one of his armwards and alt fire to see through it's eye, if enemies are pinged while viewing through the armward the ping remains for much longer than a normal ping. Enemies pinged by an armward get a Watched! notification and at later levels of Split Vision other detrimental effects. When The Watcher is viewing through an armward it can be attacked. The Watcher can walk over a planted armward to pick it back up and return a chunk of a stacks cooldown.
  1. Eyes on You
Passive with an active, The Watcher gains reload and fire rate the more stacks of arms stored from Split Vision it has but each stack reduces its move speed slightly. Activating the passive will open the Watcher's eye wide which will add a stacking slow and magic vulnerability to any enemy looking at The Watcher and make close by armwards activate as well applying the slowing stack to any enemies looking at them at a reduced rate. Later upgrades of Eyes on You will add a fear at a large amount of stacks.
  1. Fingers Twitching, Teeth Clacking
The Watcher disarms itself but gains increased movement speed, slow immunity and can freely wall walk. At the end of Fingers Twitching the The Watcher gains a short buff "Teeth Clacking", which gives life steal and fire rate but reduces movement speed.
  1. All Eyes Open
The Watcher pulls back the flesh from its stomach exposing a giant compound eye, which reveals heroes in a cone ahead of it and grants its arm wards in the cone a buff which causes them to fire a reduced damage version of the watcher's shots at revealed heroes. Pinging heroes during later levels of All Eyes Open will apply the debuffs from Split Vision Watched! debuff.
The Watcher's playstyle would be a hybrid between supporting with map control with its armwards and cc but also having moments of high firerate and gun damage through use of eyes on you and all eyes open. Fingers Twitching will allow them to both escape from pressure and use the info from wards to find picks easier. (included a chicken scratch mspaint doodle of what I imagine it would look like)
