The Phantom Mantis is an assassin who plays with shadows and invisibility. He was a former agent of a legendary elite secret organization that ceased to exist long ago. His death was sealed during a failed mission, but instead of resting in peace, his spirit was possessed by the energy of darkness, transforming him into an incorporeal entity that exists between the living and the dead. His abilities revolve around stealth, precise assassination, and mind control.
  • 1 Spectral Dagger
The Phantom Mantis throws a spectral dagger toward a specific enemy or direction. The dagger travels through the air and automatically returns to the hero, dealing damage to all enemies it passes through, similar to Thor’s hammer. If the dagger strikes an enemy, it briefly marks them, causing the next attack from The Phantom Mantis to deal additional damage.
  • 2 Shadow Dash
The Phantom Mantis slides rapidly forward, passing through any enemy in his path, stunning them for a short period. However, the dash does not stop and continues until it reaches its destination, leaving behind a toxic fog that reduces visibility and slows the movement speed of enemies within the area for a few seconds.
  • 3 Poison of Control
The Phantom Mantis throws a poisonous substance onto a target enemy. For 2-3 seconds, the marked enemy is forced to follow The Phantom Mantis, moving in his direction and being unable to fully control their movements. The poison can be interrupted if the enemy takes massive damage, but while it lasts, their vision and reaction capabilities are impaired.
  • 4 Spectral Dominion
The Phantom Mantis invades the mind of an enemy, taking full control of their body for 15 seconds. While under his control, the enemy uses the same abilities as The Phantom Mantis, but with increased damage. Additionally, during this time, the controlled enemy can attack their own teammates, dealing damage to all those nearby. The control ends if the enemy receives massive damage or is interrupted by a crowd control effect.

The basics feels low-effort but the ult would fit a lifestealer well. Being demoted to a just-teleported-to-me enemy's debuff for 1.5s let alone 15 is strong control
