Hero Concept: Saboteur

This is a hero concept and it may not be balanced but numbers are subject to change.

This hero is versatile and more of a support role helping his allies and disrupting enemies to weaken them.
Design: Can be anyone with some tech armor and gadgets.

Abilities:
Ability 1 - Disarm:
Throws a projectile at an enemy that if it hits it disables their weapons for a duration
  • Duration: 2s
  • Cooldown: 15s
  • Upgrade 1: Increases projectile speed by 10%
  • Upgrade 2: Deals 60 base damage on hit (scalable with spirit dmg)
  • Upgrade 3: Extends duration by 0.75s
Ability 2 - Reflective Armor: Activates an armor that reflects incoming bullet damage
  • Duration: 3s
  • Reflected Bullet Damage: 20%
  • Cooldown: 30s
  • Upgrade 1: Increases duration by 1s
  • Upgrade 2: Reflects 5% of spirit damage
  • Upgrade 3: Grants nearby allies 25% of ability bonuses
  • Alternative Upgrade 3: Reduce cooldown by 10s
Ability 3 - Disruptive Energy: Release energy in a radius dealing damage and increasing enemies abilities cooldown
  • Channeling: 2.5s
  • Enemies cooldown increase: 10%
  • Base Damage (Spirit): 25
  • Cooldown: 40s
  • Upgrade 1: Damage increase by 15
  • Upgrade 2: Reduces channeling duration by 0.5s
  • Upgrade 3: Reduces Saboteur cooldown abilities by 0.5s for each enemy hit during energy release
  • Alternative Upgrade 3: Increase enemies cooldown increase by 5%
Ability 4 - Lane Saboteur: Disable all enemies zip lines preventing from accessing them for a duration
  • Duration: 5s
  • Channeling: 3.5s
  • Cooldown: 70s
  • Upgrade 1: Increases duration by 3s
  • Upgrade 2: Increases allies' speed on zipline by 15%
  • Upgrade 3: Reduces cooldown by 20s
