Hello. This is a concept of mine, playing around timed power increases. I'd like to thank Tryneus for Deadmock, very easy to use and helped me a lot. Numbers are almost guaranteed to be either too high or too low, but they should still help you understand the concept on a mechanical level. Well then, here it is:
A Fate's tale: In the humid depths in the jungles of South America, many spirits and entities lurk. They have done so for longer than any man or beast, and both have been struggling against the shadows. The people most well prepared have been using a ritual granted to them by the Moon itself, to bless a champion to guide them through the night. This is not one of these champions. An unlucky vulture had been woken from it's sleep, causing it to fly at the most inopportune time, aligning itself with the Moon's silhouette and the powerful spell being cast under it's light. It's black wings now tipped in a pure silver, it stood upright and grabbed his face with new hands. He understood more than ever, and knew his purpose. And he rejected it, of course. Birds were to be free, not tied down. The many druids and shamans united under the sky were now at an en passe; they had focused most of their spiritual might to create this new champion, and now he refused to act. The sea was becoming more wild, the animals restless and something at the heart of the forest was warping anything around it. Thankfully, the Moon showed them the way. A ritual to the north, one that could grant a powerful wish. The champion would fight, to give the Moon's people back their strength so they may appoint a new champion, and in turn receive his freedom back. The flight will be long, but so be it.
TL;DR: Slightly ugly bird is accidentally conscripted, but refuses. Has to fight anyway, but for his freedom instead.
Appearance: Is a very large vulture of an unknown kind, pitch-black feathers, bone-like beak and a red head-dress. Upon Lunacy activation, the bird becomes a human, now wearing a vulture skull on his head and clothes he stole off a lost hunter. He keeps his wings, now wrapped over his shoulders when at rest, and his feathers now have a slight metallic shine, but have silvered ends.
Stat-line:
Scavenger: Medium Range, Heavy Hitter.
Hunter: Close Range, Rapid Fire.
I hope you liked it. If you didn't, you can tell me why, no hard feelings.
