[HERO CONCEPT] Pickman - Enabler/Slippery/Slapstick

Hi, everyone! I am absolutely in love of the aesthetic of this game, and I thought it would be really cool to have a character based around the cartoons of the 30s and 40s. Introducing Pickman, an animator who took "become one with your art" way too seriously.
I think of Pickman as a character that can disorient and weaken the enemies, to make them easier to kill for his allies.

LORE:
Phillip Pickman was a rising star in the entertainment industry. An animator working in his own studio, he was obsessed with capturing life within his art. Frustrated with the limits of pen and paper, Pickman made a pact with a shadowy entity from the unknown. Little did he know, such beings had a tendency to take things too literally. Now an amalgam of ink and flesh, Pickman comes to New York in order to cure the increasing instability of his new body, lest he melt into a black puddle.
It's no secret that this concept is very much inspired by Bendy and the Ink Machine.

ABILITIES:
1, GHOUL SKETCH
Scribble on the air, manifesting a small inky ghoul. The ghoul chases after and attacks enemies in melee range. They can be destroyed. Upgrades allow for extra charges, a slowing effect on the ghouls, and the ghouls exploding on death.

2, INK BLOT
Hurl a glob of pitch-black ink. The blot will arc and explode on contact, dealing spirit damage and blinding the enemy (like those squids in Mario Kart, y'know). Upgrades allow for more damage, longer blind duration, and a bullet resist shred.

3, SQUASH AND STRETCH
Lunge forward, then slam the ground with a comedically oversized mallet, dealing spirit damage. Enemies caught in the center of the radius are stunned. Upgrades allow for more damage, more stun duration, and bullet evasion afterwards.

4, LOVECRAFTIAN REEL
Unbutton your chest to emit a film projection, dealing spirit damage over time. Enemies are enthralled by the light and are forced to slowly walk towards you. During this duration, you are slowed to a crawl. Upgrades allow for larger radius, longer duration, and bullet and spirit resist.

VISUALS:
Tall and lanky, Pickman has weirdly long limbs. Parts of his body seem to be made out of glossy, black ink. He wears, a vest, baggy trousers, a scarf and a little beret. He also has really thick line art. His entire design has a film reel motif.

PERSONALITY:
Despite his current condition, Pickman is a very chipper character, cracking jokes constantly. He is energetic and slightly frantic, looking at the ritual through the eyes of an artist. There is some meta commentary about the visual design of the game from him. However, saying this, he is not averse to violence, he will gleefully be smashing skulls with his mallet.
