OSWALD (The Prodigy)
Character design: out of ultimate, skinny dude with long hair, kick boxer type look that turns into tiger/hulk looking thing with brass knuckles during ultimate
Oswald is a form based melee fighter that excels in close combat. He jumps in and sticks to foes while dealing incredibly high melee damage. He transforms into DEBUT form and delivers heavy hitting strikes and crowd controls to shut down his enemies. While out of DEBUT form Oswald prefers to keep a distance, using new found abilities to keep adversaries at bay, while only diving in to finish off a weakened opponent. Oswald also introduces a new type of Crowd Control in "INTERRUPT". Doesn't stun, doesn't root, doesn't silence, simply interrupts a channel or cast from an enemy hero.
Lore: Oswald was never the type to back down from a fight. Often taking fights with people he was outclassed by and against all odds winning. He was classified as the best kick boxer the world had ever seen, nothing like him had been seen before, a 50-0 record and climbing. On January 17th, 1994. Oswald had just won his 50th straight fight against Europe's best kick boxer remaining undefeated yet again, when Oswald suddenly fell to the mat unconscious. He awoke in a hospital room surrounded by body guards and police, media swarmed the windows and doors of the hospital trying to take pictures of him as he laid there. Oswald was confused, frustrated, furious even. This was the first time he'd gone unconscious in his life. Rage filled his heart and as he became more and more enraged, his inner beast prepared to make it's debut.
Auto Attack: Sonic Boom/SHOCKWAVE (non ultimate): Oswald Snaps his fingers sending forward a Sonic Boom that damages the first enemy hit for X bullet damage
Auto Attack: Sonic Boom/SHOCKWAVE (ultimate): Oswald Punches the air with such force that he sends forward a massive shockwave damaging all enemies in a line in front of him dealing modified melee damage(not light or heavy but somewhere in-between, still uses melee modifiers such as melee life steal and melee damage increases).
Ability 1: Throat Punch/HORSEPOWER (non ultimate): Oswald strikes quickly at an enemy hero, dealing X spirit damage and Interrupting any channel or cast from an enemy.
Ability 1: Throat Punch/HORSEPOWER(ultimate): Oswald punches an enemy with enormous force, pushing them back 5m dealing X modified melee damage. If the enemy collides with a wall they are stunned for 2s dealing an additional X modified melee damage.

UPGRADE 2: increases the range of Throat punch by X meters and dashes into melee range upon cast, and increase the knock back distance of HORSEPOWER by X meters

Ability 2: Dive Kick/SHATTERING SMASH(non ultimate): jump to an enemy unit, kicking them inflicting light melee damage and gain X amount of spirit/bullet resistance.
Ability 2: Dive Kick/SHATTERING SMASH(ultimate): leap to a targeted area smashing the ground beneath you launching enemies into the air and dealing X spirit damage
