Shoots enemies with well placed shots
Hiromu is a scrappy vigilante with a heart of gold, able to deliver well placed shots of energy and blink in to finish them off. Whenever the enemy gets too far, his hidden eye will empower his gun to make quick work of them.
1 - Plasma Bullet Fires an empowered bullet that travels forever until it hits a wall or enemy, but is affected by damage falloff. The bullet scales with weapon damage and spirit power and flies faster and has a lesser cool down with higher fire rate, and can proc item effects. When the bullet hits an enemy, all cooldowns Hiromu has on his abilities will be reduced by 1 second.
T1 - +30 Damage
T2- Restores 2 Stamina
T3- Removes Damage Falloff
2 - Plasma Bomb Fires a Plasma bomb that sticks to the nearest enemy hero. The bomb detonates and stuns whenever Hiromu lands an ability on the bombed hero.
T1 - -7s Cooldown
T2- +0.5s Stun Duration
T3- +15% Max Health Damage
3 - Blink Strike Teleports Hiromu to a unit. If the target is an enemy, he hits them with a Light Melee attack that cannot be parried and gains temporary unlimited ammo and massive fire rate for a fixed 2 seconds.
T1 - +1s Buff Duration
T2- -9s Cooldown
T3- Applies Heavy Melee Attack instead
4 - Golden Eye Blast! Hiromu gathers his energy from his magical eye into his gun, firing off a blast that can phase through walls and deals massive damage to enemies. Damage increases the longer the blast travels. (Items that improve reach increase the height and width of the blast. Think of it like Paradox's Time Wall but a projectile and doesn't stop other projectiles.)
T1 - -25s Cooldown
T2- +100 Damage and +50 damage per second traveled
T3- Ignores Spirit Resist and instantly kills heroes under 18% Health

And with the events of spirits coming in around the world, there was no better time to make that happen!Unfortunately, making a fictional character real would cost Osaku's life. With no knowledge of this new world and cartoonish appearance right out of the page, Hiromu was ostracized more than hailed and adored, but that didn't stop the magic cyborg from achieving his father's wishes.Setting out across the world, Hiromu dreams of a way to becoming one with his new reality and bringing hope to the people in need.
