So I have zero game design knowledge so if any of these abilities are overpowered or under powered. Please suggest ways to improve them thank you. I wanted to make a hero that adapts to your build.
Main Inspiration is “Death and the soldier” by Hans Larwin

Lore: Cecil Ward was just another soldier deployed to deal with the ongoing conflict in North Ixia, he Made fast friends with his squad mates; Twitch, Major, Cross, Pinpoint, And Glory. Yet Glory was always the odd man out, constantly wanting to be a hero. Glory Decided he would be a hero by any means necessary. Selling out his own squad for a magical trinket that will make him look good to the big wigs in Washington. Cecil Watched as his unit was killed by Ixian forces. Taken prisoner by the enemy, he managed to escape but at a cost. Stripped of his Identity, Fitted with a cursed mask during his capture. The ghosts of his friends have latched onto him. Each yearning for control, all wanting something different. All voicing their opinions on that day. Now calling himself Hex, he wants to use the patrons gift to take off the mask and finally be rid of these unwanted stowaways. He doesn’t care what he has to do, who he has to kill. All just for the chance he can have his old life back.
Gun: “Survivors Guilt” a 19 shot, medium range semiautomatic Rifle. Falloff Range 20-58m
Ability 1: Parted His Teeth
Quickly fire a charged shot that has increased damage. This ability will be augmented by AWOL
Skull: adds the Bleed status effect to the ability.
Raven: The charge shot will now pierce through players, allies that are shot will be healed by it.
Demon: it will add 2 extra charges to the ability.
Geode: it will now have a small explosion upon hit, dealing damage to nearby enemies.
Ability 2: Buttoned Up
Mark an enemy with “Tunnel Vision”. An enemy marked with Tunnel Vision will take more damage from you. The mark will last for 5 seconds. This ability will be augmented by AWOL.
Skull: The Target marked with Tunnel Vision will take 1.5% more Gun damage.
Raven: allows your Teammates to See The Target that is marked with “Tunnel Vision” and will get the bonus damage against them as well.
Demon: Targets marked with tunnel Vision will take 1.5% more spirit damage.
Geode: Every kill on a Tunnel Vision affected Target will permanently increase your damage. This stacks permanently.
Ability 3: AWOL
Depending on what stat is the most invested in the mask will shift to A different Squad mate Hex served with. These Alternate Masks will affect the other abilities to better fit the most invested stat.
Skull: If Gun is the most Invested
Raven: If Vitality is most invested.
Demon: If Spirit is most invested.
Geode: If All Stats are equal.
Ability 4: Calvary
The Voices of comrades are overwhelming, They yearn for action. will increase your health Regen, Fire rate and increase reload speed for 10 seconds. This ability will be augmented by AWOL
Skull: for every bullet hit without missing your damage will progressively increase.
Raven: the damage that you do against enemies or structures will heal nearby allies.
Demon: for every shot hit nearby enemies will have their spirit resistance reduced by 1% for every shot on an enemy.
Geode: every 10 shots, the tenth shot will stun the enemy for 2 seconds.
