Story: Bojo the Clown may not seem all that funny to you, but that isn’t to say that he isn’t a hit at children’s birthday parties. You might think that he needs a flower that squirts water, and a big honkin’ red nose to be a clown, but Bojo disagrees. He juggles, and he shoots lightning, and those are the two skills he needs to entertain kids and fight crime. Besides, it’s not like Bojo was kicked out of clown school, right?... Right, Bojo?
Bojo was once an ordinary cat, belonging to Missy, the witch; but by utilizing her magical prowess, she was able to transform Bojo into a humanoid with magical powers of his own. ᓚ₍ ^. ༝ .^₎

Bojo is a scaling hyper-carry with a reposition for safety. Bojo can throw duplicates of himself that auto-attack nearby enemies with his homing bullet attacks.

Gun: Bojo throws little balls of yarn that have a small homing radius, veering considerably towards the nearest target. (Mouse1) Bojo has a very small clip size (5) with a very fast reload, with a medium attack speed, medium projectile velocity and medium damage. ฅ^ >ヮ<^₎
Movement: Bojo hovers above the ground. He can not slide and can not jump. Instead, holding the jump button increases the elevation that he hovers, to a maximum height. Releasing the jump button causes Bojo to drop in elevation. Bojo falls slowly while above his maximum altitude, or rises up while below his minimum altitude. Altitude is relative to the ground level beneath him. Bojo is able to effectively mount obstacles. Rather than dashing, Bojo’s movement speed is increased while holding Shift, draining his stamina gradually.
Duplicate: Bojo throws an illusory copy of himself slowing enemies that it passes through by 25% for 1.5 seconds. When the projectile touches the ground or a wall, or reaches its maximum distance, it begins attacking the nearest enemy target, prioritizing heroes, or it targets the last enemy hero that it passed through. The copy has 50% of Bojo’s health, and deals 100% of his damage (refreshing in real time, benefitting from Juggle) and applies on-hit effects. Lasts for 7.5 seconds and has a maximum range of ~18m. Duplicate is a Charge ability.
[Rank 1] Reduce cooldown.
[Rank 2] Gain a charge.
[Rank 3] Increase the slow duration and duration of the skill by 100%.
Juggle: Bojo begins juggling, increasing the power of his attacks the longer he juggles for. Bojo can begin juggling by holding the Mouse2 button or the (2) button; no cooldown. Juggling slows Bojo by 25%. Bojo gains +30% attack damage for each second that he juggles, up to a maximum of 150%. Stacks last for 2.5 seconds, refreshing while Bojo is juggling, and wearing off 1 stack at a time. (Bojo starts juggling 3 balls, adding one ball per stack, up to 8 balls total.)
[Rank 1] Gain 3% Bullet Resist per stack.
[Rank 2] Gain 7% Spirit Resist per stack.
[Rank 3] Stacks now last for 5 seconds.
Phase Shift: Toggle to phase out upon receiving damage, gaining double movement speed and reappearing after 2 seconds. Upon activation, gain double maximum levitation height for the next 8 seconds. ฅ^._.^ฅ
[Rank 1] Remove all disables affecting Bojo.
[Rank 2] Gain 1000% increased health regeneration while phased out.
[Rank 3] Gain 100% increased attack speed and reload speed when exiting Phase Shift for 5 seconds.
Killing Joke: Throw a beam of petulant lightning that damages all enemies in its path. Bojo gains permanent increased gun damage for every hero killed with Killing Joke. (Damage in the ballpark of 200, scaling with 1x Spirit?) Increases gun damage by 7.5% per kill. 80s cooldown.
[Rank 1] Increase the damage of Killing Joke by 10%.
[Rank 2] Increase the damage of Killing Joke by 20%.
[Rank 3] Increase the damage of Killing Joke by 50%.

Hey y'all! This character was inspired by ramiroRa's feedback on my design for Missy, the Witch Extraordinaire! This character uses the same unique form of movement that I developed for my character, Zero. I like how this design turned out. I was thinking about the nature of scaling heroes and what role they have in a game like this. Theoretically, they should be feast-or-famine type characters. I'm not sure if I actually accomplished that with this design--I attached scaling elements onto a pretty powerful nuke. He might need some more consideration in the numbers department to make up for his lack of Spirit utilization; one idea is to make him very fragile and give him scaling health based on Spirit--this would affect his Duplicate ability, too, making it more useful. Otherwise, I really like the kit I built out for this guy.
