(Hero concept) Black-market Alligator-Reggie scum [Ambush] [Gator] [Cold Blooded]

Reggie Scum an alligator that runs the black market in new York is dressed in a snake skin overcoat and fedora with zebra print pants with two colt pythons stuffed in his pockets and his tail coming out the back of his pants and his glowing yellow eyes Reggie is ready to make deals or take out the trash.

Weapons-Ball and Rock-Reggie uses two colt pythons heavy hitting but slow firing
Ammo-12

1-ballistic knife-Reggie’s pulls a ballistic knife from his overcoat and shoots it forward doing gun damage or Reggie will stab the enemy if he is within 5m dealing melee damage instead
Ambush-if Reggie is out of sight of the enemy all damage becomes true damage

2-explosive rounds-Reggie fills his two pythons with explosive rounds dealing gun damage in an AOE
Ambush-if Reggie is not in line of sight headshots deal triple damage body shots do double

Passive-Ambush-Reggie likes to stay out of sight and attack when the time is right, Reggie will do increased damage to enemies that are not looking at him

Ult-Death roll-Reggie leaps forward with his powerful jaws open grabbing anything in his path and biting down with great force and slamming around dealing melee damage and healing him for the damage dealt.

The character seems too similar to Shiv, be in ultimate execute as well as knife throwing, same positions. The fact the gun fires slow with 12 ammo when you have a passive that does more damage when attacking out of FOS seems contradictory. It seems to be a awkward fusion of burst assassin and dueler. I would suggest the ambush having secondary condition in the case the prey tries to fight back, causing him to be able to retatilate, ideally giving it a double edge sword feel to it.

This seems to be a character like the slork but fused in an awkward way. Also, the ambush bonus seems pretty unfair and strong. True damage double/triple damage with express shot and an ultimate, and a way to stealth again for another set of attacks?

The idea of recent ambush sounds pretty cool, but seems best reserved for slork, a character that is bound to come back due to fan popularity.
