(1) Bay State Blaster:
Fire a short range shotgun, dealing weapon damage and knocking yourself back. Afterwards, gain air jump & dash distance.

Bay State Blaster Details:
Damage: 80 + [1.1 Weapon] Weapon Damage
Range: <->7m
Air Jump/Dash Distance: 20%
Duration: 5 + [0.0774 Spirit] Seconds
Cooldown: 16 Seconds

Bay State Blaster Upgrades:
1: -6s Cooldown
2: +60 Damage and +0.6 Weapon Scaling
5: 10% Air Jump/Dash Distance & Bay State Blaster resets air dash and jump limits

Bay State Blaster NOTES:
-Self-knockback from the blast is affected by ms/momentum, not ability range.

-Shooting yourself in the air grants 100% air control until landing.



(2) Bearfang
Dash through a targeted enemy with your switchblade, dealing weapon damage. Kills on non-hero units grant a stacking fire rate buff. Hits on heroes give two stacks. The cooldown of Bearfang is separate between each enemy.

Bearfang Details:
Damage: 40 + [1.2 Weapon] Weapon Damage
Cast Range: <->7m
Fire Rate Per Stack: 2%
Max Stacks: 10
Duration: 7 + [0.0781 Spirit] Seconds
Dash Target Immunity Cooldown: 9 Seconds

Bearfang Upgrades:
T1: +1.5% Fire Rate Per Stack
T2: -3 Target Immunity Cooldown
T3: Enemy heroes killed by Bearfang or within 3 seconds of being hit by it fully refill your stamina.

Bearfang NOTES:
-Internal cooldown between dashes is affected by movement speed, from 0.5-0.1 seconds

-Gaining fire rate stacks refreshes the duration of the buff, not only the newly added stack.



(3) Redline
Shooting enemy heroes grants stacks of Redline, which increase movement speed and stamina recovery. At maximum stacks, remove movement speed penalty while shooting.

Redline Upgrades:
T1: +4s Redline Duration
T2: +2 Stamina
T3: At max Redline, gain an additional use of air jump/dash before landing.

Redline NOTES:
-At max Redline, the extra air jump/dash that doesn’t cost stamina is prioritized before any that do.

-Similarly to other bullet stacking/buildup abilities, shots will refresh Redline’s duration. Headshots against enemy heroes will grant two stacks of Redline.



(4) Celtic Cola
Smash a soda bottle on the ground, dealing weapon damage and reducing bullet resistance. Gain bullet evasion for every enemy hero hit.

Charges: 2
Cooldown Between Charges: 7 Seconds
Cooldown: 40s
Damage: 150 + [1.5 Weapon] Weapon Damage
Range: -⊕-5m
Bullet Resist Reduction: 20%
Bullet Resist Reduction Duration: 15 + [0.05 Spirit] Seconds
Bullet Evasion Per Hit: 15%
Bullet Evasion Duration: 5 + [0.0351 Spirit] Seconds

Celtic Cola Upgrades:
T1: +2.5m Radius
T2: +5% Bullet Evasion Per Hit
T3: +2 Charges

Celtic Cola NOTES:
-Effects can only refresh, not stack

-Bullet Evasion is capped at 80%

-Despite being a charged ability, Baron still cannot purchase Extra Charge or Rapid Recharge.
